We removed the old ceiling in the production room, installed a new suspended ceiling with LED panels and built new drywall bulkheads around the oven extraction – without moving the ovens out.

The old ceiling in the production room was worn and hard to keep clean. The bakery needed a light, hygienic ceiling with good lighting – while ovens, refrigeration and stainless steel worktops stayed in the room.
Challenge
A room full of ovens, refrigeration and stainless steel equipment that could not be moved, and an old ceiling that had to come down without contaminating it.
Solution
We sealed the equipment under protective sheeting, removed the old ceiling, installed a new grid ceiling with LED panels and boxed in the oven extraction with drywall.
Result
A bright, smooth ceiling that is easy to clean, even lighting across the room and a tidy bulkhead above the deck oven.
