FAQ

Questions and answers

What should I send for an initial assessment?

Send photos, approximate measurements, the property location, the required work and your preferred timing. Include close-up images of damage and wider images showing the complete room.

Is an on-site appointment always required?

Not always for an initial discussion, but many projects require an on-site inspection before the final scope, materials and offer can be confirmed.

Can I request several services together?

Yes. Drywall, surface preparation, painting, tiling, flooring and other finishing work can be coordinated within one project.

Do you work in occupied homes or offices?

This depends on the scope. Access, dust protection, furniture movement, noise, ventilation and daily use of the space must be discussed before scheduling.

How is the project duration determined?

Duration depends on the existing condition, required work stages, material availability, drying times, access and coordination with other trades.

Who purchases the materials?

Material supply is agreed per project. Products supplied by the client must be available on time, in sufficient quantity and suitable for the intended use.

Can the scope change after work begins?

Hidden conditions can become visible after removal or opening work. Any required change should be explained and approved before additional work is completed.

How should I prepare the rooms?

Remove personal items and small furniture where possible. Larger furniture, access routes and protection requirements should be agreed before the start date.

Do you remove construction waste?

Waste handling and disposal should be listed clearly in the offer. Do not assume it is included unless stated.

Are plumbing and electrical services included?

Only when the offer specifically includes work by appropriately qualified contractors. These trades must be clearly separated from general renovation and finishing work.

Which regions do you serve?

The website currently lists Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Stuttgart and their surrounding regions. Other locations can be reviewed individually.
